I have a data of x and y with each 1*305 matrix

I want to find the correlation coefficient can any one help me with it how to find

The name of the files are RI_Aorta and RI_Femoral

Use corrcoef:

load('RI_Aorta.mat')
load('RI_Femoral.mat')
corrcoef(x,y)
