I am trying to graph My matrix (M_Det) in the x coordinate system and (-441.67 ) in the y coordinate system and not having any luck. Please help. I am supposed to graph the determinants of my matrix which are in M_Det compared to the force -441.67. The values of my determinats are D = 0.1584, D1 = 0.1086, D2 = 0.0076, D3 = -0.0070.

Can you attach the data? How do you want it to see? Do you have a picture of expected result?

I dont have any specific end result in mind just want it to look like a decent graph with the matrix values on the x axis and the value for BD (-441.67) on the Y axis. Attatched is my code.

Try this
x = [0.1584
0.1086
0.0076
0.0070];
y = -441.67;
plot(x,x*0+y)

  • a decent graph with the matrix values on the x axis and the value for BD (-441.67) on the Y axis
It matches with the task. DOesn't it?
