Hey guys I have an algorithm for horizontal and vertical projection viz as follows 1. Hi = {(x, i) |F(x, i) = 0} (i = 1, 2, . . . , L). 2. Wj = {(j, y) |F(j, y) = 0} (j = 1, 2, . . . , L). 3. ˜H (i) =|Hi|/maxi|Hi| . 4. ˜W (j) =|Wj|/maxj|Wj| . 5. x = ( ˜H T , ˜W T )T . F(x,i) might be referring to the pixel value.
