Discrete Fourier Transform From .csv

I'm trying to read a .csv file and conduct fourier transform on data to determine the heave force amplitude and the phase angle between motions and forces.
I've attached my MATLAB code and the .csv file and would appreciate any help in determining the phase angle and amplitude from the outputs (assuming the outputs are correct).
