Why when you use vision. VideoFileWriter is increasing the volume of the video dramatically? And how do I get rid of this increase?

Why when you use vision.VideoFileWriter increases the size of the video dramatically? And how to get rid of this increase in the size of the video?
That's where the size of the video, the original is 726 KB, while the size of the video after the read and write 205 MB. Where we observe that an increase in the size large and noticeable
