How to speedup very long expressions calculations?

This is a part of a function that is intended to calculate the loop gain of a circuit. Then, I use it to compute the phase margin. I divided the expression into multiple lines with multiple variables so as to speedup the calculations. Furthermore, I use 's' as a variable instead of using it as a 'tf' or 'syms'. The problem is I call this function thousands of times. So is there other tips and tricks to push its speed to the limit?
Note: This is a part of the expression. And the function has two other longer expressions than the one attached. Also the variables are changing every time I call it.

To enhance the code you need to create a matrix and assign each variable to an array of matrix. For example variables gm0 to gm6 as first row, go0 to go6 as second row and so on. Where the number of variables is not equal use "nan" or zero, like below:
matrix = [gm0 gm1 gm2 gm3 gm4 gm5 gm6;...
go0 go1 go2 go3 go4 go5 go6;...
R1 R2 R3 R4 nan nan];
And do the same for the rest of variables. But the most iportant point is: where did you get these variables? An excel file, text file or something else. you have to find a quick way to create the matrix. Since it is really time consuming to this by hand.
