debugging within built in matlab function

Hello , I want to see how my data being proccessed with polyfit function given my input vectors.

breaking point can only be put on the output of the function but i cant put breaking points and do debugging inside the polyfit.

Can i some how put breaking points inside polyfit?

right click on polyfit in editor window and select open "polyfit"

You can see the complete code behind polyfit and you can place breakpoints there.

Try to avoid changing the novel code as it deals with input and output arguments and changing them or saving it by mistake can lead to misbehaving of the function later.
