How to re-arrange time series data

How can I re-arrange my time series so that the daily data aligns beneath each year?

I have time series data with months aligned beneath each year and days in aligned in front of each month. However, I want the days/ the daily data values to align beneath each year, resulting in a single column of data not 31 columns.
