How to give degrees representation to hue in HSV matrix

Hi,
I'm trying to convert RGB image to HSV.
When I take a look at the first dimension of the HSV matrix .i.e hue, I see that it is in double format.
I would like to see it in degrees .i.e 0 - 360 .
How can I do that?
