use s-function in the SimPowerSystems

I have to use s-function to define a component in the circuit, such as an inductor. How can I do to make the s-function work in a circuit? That is to say, the s-function part, which has input and output ports with electrical attribute such as voltage or current, can be connected with another resistor or a ac source?
Because I think usually the s-function behaves as a control part, it is impossible to put it in the circuit directly.

Did you find a solution for this?

I don't know a lot about the physical modeling domain on Simulink, but if you're trying to create your own SimScape-based component, I believe there is a different methodology to follow (and not S-functions): Creating Custom Components and Domains.
