Problems in Installing the Embedded Coder Support Package for PX4 Autopilots

I met problems when I tried to install the Embedded Coder Support Package for PX4 Autopilots. The error message said ' Failed to install the third-party software:Python v2.7.15 This is required by Embedded Coder Support Package for PX4 Autopilots'(see screen shot 1). So I tried to install this support package by downloading the package first and installing the package offline. Though the package was installed in this way, the setup button(a gear logo) disappeared(see screen shot 2,there should be a gear logo on the right). I also tried to solve this problem by running MATLAB as administrator and disable the firewall,but neither of them worked. What should I do to install this package correctly?

P.S. The version of my MATLAB is 2019a, and my operating system is win10.

You can try MATLAB 2023b which is integratged this add-on to its installation process.
