Change axes x in stackedplot

Hi!
I would like to ask help to modify axes x in the stackedplot below. There are 360 observations, the objetive is that each 12 observation represents a year, from 1990 to 2019.
How I can do this?

See yesterday's news...<how-can-i-change-the-pspectrum-time-units> and, while it doesn't look related from the title, it's got the way to do whatever you wish with the axes <heatmap-axis-labels-printing-vertically>.
The stackedplot uses the same form of the graphics object as does heatmap; the Axes object is the last element of the hidden NodeChildren property (altho there are only two items in the array, not three).
Follow the examples there to retrieve that handle and go from there...

Yair Altman posted a little quicker/more direct route which is to cast the handle from the object to a struct--see his follow up comment on the HEATMAP printing anomaly link above.
