Multi-stage gearbox Simulink

Good day everyone

I'm struggling to assemble a two-stage gearbox using the gear blocks provided by Simulink. The gearbox I am trying to recreate is shown below.

I cannot find a way to repersent the intermediate shaft. I am able to get the first two gears working but nothing thereafter.
