Matlab equivalent to Python "Pygame"

Hello there, if someone has an experience in both Matlab and Python, is there any toolbox of functionality to use to create simulation environments and educational game apps like the Pygame package of python or not?

Yes, you might refer to de GUI interface, similar to Pygame
