Electrolyser for hydrogen production model

Is there a PEM electrolyser model for the production of Hydrogen? Alternatively, is it possible to reverse the process of the FC simscape block to create an electrolyser?

It is possible to do by using Simscape language and implementing the equations. But what is available now and in coming months is fuel cell models generating electricity, heat and water.
