How do I get slope equation (y=mx+c) on plot for best fit line graph?

Hi Jayashree,
Once you have your plot, go to Tools->Basic Fitting from the menu bar in the figure window. Then select Linear. You will get the slope equation along with the best fit line on your plot.

Use the function diff and see if the difference values are constants or varying
