What is the value of n in
w(n)=0.54-0.46 cos((2*pi*n)/N)
?

From http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Window_function:
N is the width, in samples, of a discrete-time, symmetrical window function.
n is an integer, with values 0 <= n <= N-1.
