How can I check if my graph cross one of the verticle graphs x=1, x=2, x=3, X=4,X=5?

See the FEX package: https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/22441-curve-intersections.

Based on how you draw the graph, you may also use fzero() or fsolve()

Is it also possible to use interp1() ?

Can you show how you curve is created? Is it an equation? Or do you have some data points?
