Centrifugal Pump block of SimHydraulics, how can I compute the coefficients for the pressure?

I use the Centrifugal Pump block of SimHydraulics and I have the curve of pressure of the pump, that it is a second order equation. But now how I can compute the pressure for setting the block? p = rho_ref * ( k*(c_0-c_1*q) - c_2*q^2 - c_3*(q_D - q)^2 )
I have to compute the coefficient c_0, c_1, c_2 and c_3. thanks in advance

look for MATLAB help on the pump and then go for the reference of the equation for that pump, otherwise use table specified values of flow vs pressure difference (rho*g*head) and flow vs brake power
