I cannot read that image, it is too low resolution. You should attach your model file for us to test.

I know that I for one never bother to go into Simulink and attempt to recreate a model based upon a picture of the model.

Why the lower limit of the output of PI is set as 2? What is the purpose? What do you want to do in this simulation?

I put a simple regular PI and it works

output (blue) tracks input (yellow) without too much delay (upper subplot)

BTW, to completely cancel the static error on a ramp input, yiu have to add a second integration , so the regulator contain P, I and double I terms

the blue and yellow curves do overlay perfectly once the ramp has reach the output value 2

you simply had to specify in the ramp block : initial output = 2

so your system input signal start with 2 and not zero
