I want the value of a MinMax outport without having to export it to the workspace AFTER the simulation has run, is this possible?

I have it so that it logs the last output, but how do I access that output?

Press Ctrl+E to open "configuration parameters", click "Data Import/Export" on the left, on the right, check "signal logging", un-check "single simulation output".
Finish a simulation, go to Command Window, you should see data "logsout" in the base workspace. Check its structure and value or plot it out.
Note, this might be slightly different depending on your MATLAB version and the settings in the dialog.
