I have to analyse eeg data which I have taken from brain vision analyser softwere. these data are- ahmad_120.eeg ahmad_120.ehstr2 ahmad_120.hfinf2 ahmad_120.vhdr ahmad_120.vmrk
Please tell me how can I read eeg signal manually(without using any software eg eeglab) and show the signal of each electrode.Please give me the matlab code for this.This is my project.Please help me.

How you are reading those values in Matlab, through Hardware via serial port..? or some other way..

A quick Google search indicated this: http://sccn.ucsd.edu/eeglab/
Apparently, this eeglab toolbox allows for import/manipulation of EEG files from BrainVision. That's probably the easiest way to proceed. I've never used it, but I think this would be a good place to start.
