Can't start Matlab

Today I install a new toolbox optimization, then my computer got blue sceen.I reboot my computer, it started normally.But I can't start Matlab anymore, I double click the icon,the start surface just flash and disappear.I can't uninstall Matlab either.Who can help me?

I guess, that the preferences folder is damaged. Try to recreate it by renaming 'C:\Users\<youraccount>\AppData\Roaming\MathWorks\MATLAB\<yourversion>'. Does Matlab start again?
This hint is based on the guess, that you are using Windows. Pleae mention such details.
What does "can't uninstall Matlab" mean? What do you observe when you try this?

Is this "toolbox optimization" from MathWorks? Does Matlab run without this additional toolbox?

Same problem and fixed it by deleting the data file, thank you so much!
