path is formed between source to destination.
for example, we take configuratio matrix 0 there is no path and no network.
we consider 1 configuration matrix path =
12 13 23
1 = 0 0 1 then matrix is
link11 link12 link13 0 0 0
link21 link22 link23 = 0 0 1
link31 link32 link33 0 1 0
now path above matrix is
path = 2 3
i need to generate all paths in matlab code.

This requires R2021a. If I recall correctly, you are using R2016b or something around that time frame.
