how can I connect 2 computers in simulink in real time?

Hello, how can I connect 2 computers in simulink in real time? I am doing my degree work and I will make a remote control laboratory.
What I need is to connect 2 pc, where on PC1 is the plant and PC2 can perform the control to this silver and see the behavior of the system.
I am trying to use the UDP blocks but I can not connect the 2 pc, I hope someone can help me, thank you in advance. I attach my email in case someone wants to help me or in the future someone needs help. oscar12pv@gmail.com
