how to create a Simulink model of Programmable logical control valve (PLVC)

My project is simulator of the robot Comet -IV by using simulink.This robot use a hydraulics as actuator, controlled using Proportional solenoid valve and Programmable logical control valve/ PLVC (type PLVC 4 from hawe).
Please,could you explain, how to create a Simulink model of PLVC ?
