I donot know how to handle output in state flow?

I have just started matlab state flow. I want to change output on every clock pulse. but i dont know how to change the output. I am trying like this.

C:\Documents and Settings\IT\Desktop\3.jpg

C:\Documents and Settings\IT\Desktop\4.jpg
