How can I plot this exact 3d contour plot

I have written the info of the following file below. I need a common Z axis for X and Y axis because X and Y both have values in Z.
X has to be Bottom Cell Thickness, Y has to be Top Cell Thickness and Z must be Jsc.
Kindly help me in this regard. Its required for a urgent project.

It is not what i require. Since Here I have 4 columns not 3 columns, which is the issue that I am facing on how to normalize the Z axis Jsc for both the X and Y axis. Do let me know for 4 axis system not 3 axis system. If possible, please provide me a detailed solution with the data which I have provided. I will be grateful to you.
You need to follow the same procedure for z. It can plotted using the given link. If you have confusion, attach your data.
This is my data

I don't think this is the complete data. It gives only a curve, not an area/ plane.
Sir, is there any other method or 3d plot to represent the data provided above. I just have only the above information and want to conduct a comparative study like say for a top cell of 50nm we have 7.95Jsc and for bottom cell of 50nm we have 17.35Jsc. Similarly I show for other values.
