Why am I unable to size my GUI window once I run it?

The GUI window remains as it is and i'm unable to resize my window , is there a way to create a GUI which is sizable and where all the components adjust according to the size and scale of the system. If so how to set it?

Kaavya N, based on your previous questions, my crystal ball tells me you're using AppDesigner to create your app but my crystal ball is wrong 50% of the time.
