Function for ploting the norms of a matrix

Hi everybody

Could you please give me a hint for writing a function for ploting the norms ( 1-norm, 2-norm and infinite norm ) of a matrix ?

Is the function is a constant? for example,F=[2*x,3;sin(x),5] or F=[1,2;3,4],please tell me you question detailed.
