Add-On explorer is stuck at loading screen - all white!

I want to add an add-on to MATLAB, but the Add-On explorer doesn't work at all. When I click on "Get More Apps" all I get is the loading screen, which goes on forever.

I am using the R2021a version on Windows 10. I made sure I am logged in with my academic e-mail, which does have an academic license. I also tried restarting my computer, but that didn't work either.

@Mark Wendler, so same solution. Did you try my Answer? If not why not? You can call the Mathworks for all installation questions, even student licenses. Call tech support and CALL THEM. Talk to a real live, friendly tech support person. In the US their number is [phone]. Call them today. If you won't call them then tell us why you won't.

I found that when I instead opened "Manage Add-Ons" and opened "Get Add-Ons" through that it allowed the page to load (after it made me log in again). This saved me from the blank white screen at least!
