Did not get the purchased student version by Mathworks????

Hi all,

I recently purchased and paid for the student version of MATLAB with some additional tool boxes. But its 4th day now and I haven't received any email for purchase confirmation and license key etc. Money has been taken by my card already. I have emailed to Sales department of Mathworks but they are not bothering to even respond. I wasn't expecting such loose customer services from MATHWORKS.. did anyone face the same problem??

Pick up the phone and call Monday during business hours...have you logged in and checked your MATLAB account for available licenses to download? Mayhaps it's there and somehow the email got diverted to your spam folder -- also something to check.
