Rendering a matrix image profile on the map axis

Hello,

I'm trying to create such plot:

This is geolocated image created on basis of geolocated data. I have values for the profile and longitude ansd latitude values for each point. Question is: how to create a klm or something similar in order to show such data on the google earth globe? I have tried mapping tool but so far to no avail. This profile is a line on the globe, but a matrix in the Z dimension of N profiles (Z values are also given and are same for each vertical profile).
