If you have matrix A, create matrix B using matrix A as an "element"
A = [1 2 3 4; 5 6 7 8]
B = [1 2 3 4 1 2 3 4; 5 6 7 8 5 6 7 8; 1 2 3 4 1 2 3 4; 5 6 7 8 5 6 7 8]
