The code implements modern zero-dimensional model IRM of high-power impulse magnetron discharge (HiPIMS) for education purposes.
The program implements the code of a spatially averaged (zero-dimensional model) from the work - Zheng, B.C. et al. // J.Appl. Phys. 117 (2015) 203302 (14pp). A high power impulse magnetron discharge (HiPIMS) with copper target is simulated in an argon working gas environment. This program will be of interest to researchers and people studying the physics of plasma and gas discharge.
