This function plots a cylinder.
function Plot_Cylinder(vc1,vc2,d)
Input:
vc1 is (3*1) coordinate vector for the center of the first circular base of the cylinder.
vc2 is (3*1) coordinate vector for the center of the second circular base of the cylinder.
d is the diameter of the cylinder.
Output:
Plots the cylinder.
