The Omics Multivariate Adaptive Splines App is a MATLAB-based tool designed to streamline the analysis of system-scale omics data.
  • Builds predictive MARS models for each analyte, computes model performance, and estimates significance via permutation testing.
  • Inputs and outputs are compatible with the averaging app, clustering app, Dynamic Volcano Plotting App, Dynamic Ratio vs Intensity App, and DPoP.
  • Packaged as an installable Matlab App (.mlappinstall), or as a developable app file (.mlapp).
  • Data from another omics type is not a problem. Includes example transcriptomic data.
  • Control minimum statistical significance.
