Introductory MATLAB Tutorial
The PDF files in this directory were part of a tutorial that was originally available on the MathWorks Academia site. They have been removed from the site as they refer to an old release of MATLAB. They are being made available on the FileExchange as they are still potentially useful as a introductory overview of MATLAB for classroom instruction or self-study.
Sections of the tutorial:
1 - Prerequisites and Expectations for the Tutorial
2 - A Very Elementary MATLAB Tutorial
3 - Starting MATLAB
4 - Running the Demos
5 - Getting Help
6 - Creating Variables
7 - Performing Calculations
8 - Visualizing Data
9 - Creating Scripts with MATLAB Editor/Debugger
10 - Saving Variables and Sessions
11 - Working with Files, Directories and Paths
MATLAB code files for Sections 6-8 are provided, along with the corresponding published HTML files (see the html/ folder).
