makekmz
makekmz is a simple utility to generate precisely located image overlay files for display in Google Earth. Unlike some other utilities, it can automatically segment (tile) large images into smaller tiles into a single .kmz to better support Google Earth. It supports precision image rotation (rather than using Google Earth's rotation) by embedding the image in rotated northing/easting or lat/lon grids into a larger image. Can include placemarks with images. Scales image pixels Platform independent.
