For the estimation of the phasor parameters using the LES method, the measured voltage waveform is assumed to be a time-dependent sine function of a known frequency , but of
an unknown magnitude and phase angle. This waveform is decomposed in two orthogonal sine and cosine functions with unknown amplitudes
