Erwin Mayer's Timezone Convert function with parallelized vector support

This is simply an enhanced version of Erwin Mayer's nice function that allows you to convert between timezones including DST changes. Support for vectors has been added. Parallel processing is supported if you have many matlabpools open.
Leverages Calendar from Java thus Java needs to be installed in the computer.
