Generation Second order amplitude modulated noise as described by Lorenzi(2001)
Second order modulated noise is used in psychoacoustic experiments of amplitude modulation detection. It can be used to derive the second order TMTFs of a person.
The signal here is generated by multiplying the noise with a rectified amplitude modulated sine wave.
