PlotArray

Use this function to help plot multiple data series of different size without using hold!

This function combines one vector of any length with a matrix of any size to form a larger matrix that contains both and fills in any remaining values with NaN.

By using this function a matrix is created that will allow the user to plot several different data series of different sizes without using hold!
