Global Pade Approximation of the Mittag-Leffler function

Calculates the Mittag-Leffler function much faster and accurately for small and large arguments

The function (GPA_ML.M) is provided for a global Pad\'{e} approximation of the generalized Mittag-Leffler function E_{\alpha,\beta}(-x) with x\in[0,+\infty).
One sample script (GPA_ML_DEMO.M) is provided for the illustration of possible use and the comparison with the code (FEX submission 8738).
