This tutorial combines TopoToolbox, Antarctic Mapping Tools, and a few visualization tools to solve subglacial flow accumulation maps and display them nicely.

I agree. If we assume a constant flow rate, is it possible to have a 2D animation of water travelling to the outlet? Thanks a lot.

@Anthony: As I understand your question, it should be the same as the HeatFlux variable in the section of the Example titled "Spatially-variable basal melt."

Great application of the the Topotoolbox. Just wonder if I have runoff(effective precipitation) data at each grid, can I modify your code to create a routing simulation? Thanks.
