DICOM Crop

Crops a DICOM to a psuedo-colored portion

Mimics was really nifty at creating a mask for a certain part of a dicom, but it was impossible to reduce the dicom to just that highlighted area while preserving all of the intensity data.
This code takes exported directory of .bmps from mimics with and without the mask of interest, and uses the color of the mask to select only the mask. The resulting stack of images are reduced by trimming away dead space around the object.
