In both magnetic and electrical brain stimulation, anatomical measurements, such as scalp to cortex distance, skull thickness, and CSF density, may correlate to the dosage needed to elicit a Motor Evoked Potential (MEP). This tool allows clinical researchers to measure these parameters at various locations in the brain, so that they may better understand the effect of the dosages they are delivering at various sites.

Indeed looks like a great tool, but like Ruan Harry, I keep getting an error when trying to run the Gui: "Error in BrainRulerGui (line 114) if view_mode==1". Can you please help me resolve this? Thankyou.
Hi, Thank you for your Tool. Where is view_mode? I can not find this function when I run the Gui. the SPM12 , IMTOOL3D,Nifti toolbox have been placed right.
