It steps up 20V dc to 70V dc.It measures the output voltage and subtracts with reference voltage. Their difference is passed to PI controller which calculates the dc current to be drawn from input side. This reference current is compared to actual input current and their difference is passed to hysteresis band current controller which generates gate signal for switch S. By switching the MOSFET S, voltage is boosted up and output voltage is maintained constant at 70 V.
