CELLIFY turns any input argument into a cell, if it is not already one.
CELLIFY turns any input argument into a cell, if it is not already one. This is useful for processing function inputs that take simple arguments (that don't have to be a cell in that case) or cell arrays. It make the resulting code more clear by shortening it with a meaningful function call.
