The "SpearsJones_modelV2.m" is a code to calculate the waved-mixed depth and run the spatial and temporal variation of the wave-mixed depth, wind climate and correlation between NAO and these factors in the Round Loch of Glenhead.
The "SpearsJones_modelV1r.m" is a code to calculate the waved-mixed depth and run the spatial and temporal variation of the wave-mixed depth, wind climate and correlation between NAO and these factors in the Scoat Tarn.
The "StBeesHeadNo2_1985to2017.csv" is the met forcing data in Scoat Tarn.
The "WestFreugh_1985to2017.csv" is the met forcing data in the Round Loch of Glenhead.
The "bathy2fetch.m" code is to compute maximum directional fetch distances from lake bathymetry file (ESRI grid format)
